Refund Protection covers eligible items you buy with your Card from a UK retailer, online or from a shop. We'll refund up to a maximum of £200, even if the retailer won't. And you never need to worry if you're unsure about a purchase. With the Platinum Cashback Credit Card you can change your mind and still get a full refund 90 days after you bought it ⁴.

The Platinum Cashback Credit Card also offers Purchase Protection: if any eligible items you buy using your Card are stolen or damaged within 90 days of the date of purchase, they will be replaced, repaired or refunded up to a maximum of £2,500 ⁴.

And with the Travel Accident benefit, when you buy a public transport ticket with your Card, you will also be eligible for up to £150,000 in coverage should there be an accident ⁴.

The Platinum Cashback Credit Card confidence guarantee also extends online. Any payments made over the internet using your Card are covered by our Online Fraud Guarantee. Should there be any unauthorised charges to your Account, you won't be liable for them.
